Heard just now. He and his buddy were telling each other goodbye/good night.

You know..the more I hear some of the people on the scanners....the LAW enforcement people...I can't help but wonder if we need the ***UN*** to go into the Gulf States. Cuz while I know the area is still dangerous, these guys seem like they already have the gun a nanosecond from shooting the first living thing in front of them.


They already pissed me off when they kept calling the refugees approaching rescue areas/convention center as "stragglers" today.

Last time *I* checked, it was the federal government that has been straggling..the NO people were READY to leave 6 days ago.

refugees, they are american citizens displaced by a disaster, in their OWN country.

I've been posting stuff in the "official" daily scanner thread, but I feel like I am beating a dead thread cuz I'm the only one posting (reading?) the stuff. Usually a new thread is started once there are 100+ posts in the thread.
