Side effect: the consequences of "Small" government and privatization

Among other things, do you think that some people will start noticing that when you start demolishing government agencies, revamping them and privatizing them they don't work efficiently for the people anymore? I think this is a prime example of what becomes of a country when the people running the government HATE the government.
