How egotistical can this man be?
The president brushed aside a poll that said public confidence in his ability to deal wisely with an international crisis had dropped sharply. “Sometimes the American people like the decisions I make, sometimes they don’t,” he said. “But they need to know I’ll make tough decisions based upon what I think is right.”

1. Not sure it's ego so much as stupidity
Plus, "decisiveness" is about the only thing the sheeple are rating him high on right now. He may be pandering to that sentiment.

10. Not sure it's stupidity so much as a personality disorder

There's nothing wrong with always doing what you think is right. But there is something wrong with thinking that you're ALWAYS right, especially if you're a leader. The Pretzel-Dunce's behavior patterns clearly indicate that he cannot tolerate even the slightest whiff of criticism, never mind the slightest whiff of failure. This affliction is enabled by psy-op buzzwords like "moral courage" and "toughness"--who would be so "unpatriotic" as to criticise those? And he'd rather let people die than subject himself to what he sees as the ultimate humiliation of admitting defeat and cutting his losses.

11. I've always thought
he really needs ritalin. He could be a poster child for the perils of untreated ADHD. His scattered speech to the UN recently is but one example. The inability to compromise, every issue is black or white, no gray areas. The hyper focus on connecting Iraq to 9/11, even in the face of proof negating it, is another example. Then there's the cocaine dependency, and the many failed enterprises. Uncanny.

4. He is clueless
Admits he doesn't read any newspapers; I for one would like to know his knowledge of American (let alone world)history. Oh well, his pulse rate is good (his top priority). Cheney and Rove will take care of the rest of it for him.

7. Bush and Blair on the same page
Blair abandoned the Labour ideology long ago to "go it alone." He will pay the price for it soon, too.

If you do not represent your constituents, then your electoral legitimacy (such as it is; Bush has none anyway) is ruined. Since Bush wasn't elected, he doesn't have to answer to anyone.

9. But when you are wrong
people die or suffer needlessly. What you think is right
doesn't get it and your repeated mistakes are costing this
nation dearly in lives and capital. Just quit.

12. Ya, HE and his people are REAL clueless!!!
Just received letter from the pRES asking how I would support him in his campaign...assine jackaninny!!!

I am a registered Dem... :wtf:

EXCERPTS, so you TOO can be sickened:

"...we still have so much to do to make our world more peaceful and America more compassionate that I intend to seek a second term as your pResident."

"It will be months before Dems settle on a candidate, but teh election could be close. The strength of our grassroots will determine the outcome. ...My responsiblities as pResident will require me to focus primarily on our nation's biz for most of the next year, I'll be depending on friends and supporters like you to get my campaign organized and operating across our country."

"Abroad, we have a duty to protect America by working for peace, opportunity, and stability. We have no more urgent duty than to wage and win the War on Terrorism. We must make sue of the moment history has given us to extend liberty to others around the world, because in the long term, freedom and hope are the best weapons against terror. And, we have a unique opportunity to harness American ingenuity and compassion to save tens of thousands of lives by defeating the scourge of AIDS."

"At home, our most urgent mission is to strength our economy and create jobs. To provide economic security and opportunity to every American, we must improve health care, give senior citizens long- promised prescription drug benefits, provide a quality education for every child, and insist on safe neighborhoods and schools."

"My goal is to build an owernship society where American families own their own homes, their own health coverage, their own retirement accounts and, if they want, their own business."

"And we are working to change the culture from one that too often said, "if it feels good , do it," to a responsiblity society where people know they are accountable..."

LOTS more...but I've already put in more than rules allow because I'm furious that this letter was sent to my residence! I feel violated! How in the hell did they get my address to send me this, like I am some f...g repug?!?!?

Excuse me now while I :puke:

13. Well, facists feel they have the right to brush aside
Democracy. The people are too stupid to make important decisions so they need the Fuehrer, er President, to tell them what is best for them. Why are you surprised?
