The Irony of Hurrican Katrina (pic heavy - not graphic)

An American Flag flies at half-staff at the U.S. Capitol Sunday, Sept. 4, 2005. President Bush Sunday ordered flags at all public building and government facilities to be flown at half-staff until Sept. 20, 2005 in honor of the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Flags at some locations had already been lowered in honor of U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice William Rehnquist who died at his home Saturday. (AP Photo/Heesoon Yim) ***(This made me wonder if he gave the order after Rehnquist died as an afterthought)***
