tear it down and put up a memorial

if they rebuild on the same site, can you picture yourself watching the game as you sit on the remains of dead people and the despair of the living?

1. now THAT needs to be bulldozed....
There should never be another celebration there, it should be hallowed ground now. Too many people died there.

13. It was built over a cemetary, I believe, already hallowed ground,
now more hallowed with more disrespect for the deceased.

3. It has to be torn to the foundation
and renamed.
Everything about it has been tarnished.

8. Put *, Chertoff, and Brown in it for starters. Might as well throw in
Cheney, Condi, Rumsfeld, and pretty much everyone else in this corrupt administration. Then lock it up and throw away the key.

9. Well the Saints won't be playing there.
Just heard on WWL Radio out of New Orleans that the team owner is moving the team to San Antonio - permanently.

10. I don't believe there's a such thing a "hallowed ground"
So is there a reason it should be torn down? It was aging, but not infirm.

12. you have to ask if there is a reason to tear it down??????

smirk said they would tear down abu ghraib after torture came to light. it's still standing and we are still torturing people in it.

if the superdome is left standing the criminal bushgang will find a way to hold a celebration there and push our faces in it.

14. tear it down and build a new football palace
Tax everyone in Louisiana to put up a new playground for the wealthy that the majority of people will never afford to set foot in it. Then have the Super Bowl there every fourth year and toss all the homeless into jail for a week so the tourists won't be offended.
