was asked what would have been the advantages or disadvantages of "federalizing" the force? And he answered that it wouldn't have made much difference one way or another... So why was B*sh insisting that Blanco turn over the reigns?

He wants to privatize, he wants to sell out to corporations...the usual.
Blanco is very smart to refuse. They don't need what Bush wants in order to fix NO and the surrounding areas.
