They strongarmed Blance out of the photo op!
I don't know how they did it but she was left behind with Laura as Chertoff and Honore flanked Bush walking into the emergency control center!

Wow! Let's hope that she and Mary L. know how to deal with his thuggery.

2. I saw that. What's worse she didn't even know about the BR trip.
Shrub's got a crisis going on and doesn't need any uppity women around to dilute his machismo media presentation. Now they are showing him flanked by African-Americans to combat the "Bush doesn't care about black people" damage.

5. I did wonder if on Friday they would have put as much pressure
on her to relinquish her power over the state had she been a man -- or, of course, a Republican.
