Could you please help me put together a kit of articles

My conservative father in law just handed me a stack of papers of which he thinks clears the federal government from any responsibility.could you help me compile a group of articles that I can hand him which show the unraveling of the disaster. I'm looking for as much straight forward reporting (not liberally slanted editorials)

Things that he touched upon were (of course) mayor, Governors fault not having a plan. Corrupt city where dangerous looters made it too dangerous to go in (and finger pointing that this "looting" wouldn't have happened in other places with less corrupt government). He thinks FEMA responded to this as quickly as they could........and of course, that everyone wants to make this political about Bush when he is just the poor punching bag.

1. don't bother

even if handed the truth on a silver platter, he would find something wrong with it. Refuse to discuss it with him. Continue on your own life. He will be unable to stand it and will finally ask you what you know because all he will have is his own mind beating against his own mind. That disconnect from reality will start to jangle his deadened nerve endings and he will want the truth on his own. Then he'll ask you what your opinion is.
