But for the last month we have been told how hard he is working from the "Western White House".

Wouldn't the people of New Orleans been better off is he stayed near by, instead of having to make all these trips back and forth? That Wester White House you know is completely capable to handle anything that may arise, catastrophic event, terrorist attack, and lastly natural disaster.
