George Bush doesn't OWN Louisiana

Louisiana is NOT a Bush family business. Gov. Blanco works for the PEOPLE of Louisiana. She does NOT work for George W. Bush. He is NOT her boss. George Bush does NOT own the Louisana National Guard. They work for the Governor and the PEOPLE of Louisiana. He is not the Commander and Chief of ANYTHING that isn't under FEDERAL control.
Gov. Blanco is this Commander and Chief of the Louisana National Guard. They take orders from HER. George Bush seems to think he OWNS the United States. He doesn't. He doesn't own FEMA or Homeland Security EITHER. Bush just doesn't seem to understand this. Maybe we can get some BRAVE Democrat Senators to explain the limits of his power to him. ON TV! Howard Dean where are you?
