a good jump on it.

4. No
As far as I know, Hitler actually BELIEVED his rhetoric. Which, in some twisted way, is more admirable, IMHO.

7. As far as this particular Jew is concerned, he's resembled Hitler
since day 1! I've been obsessed with getting rid of this administration since the robbery of 2000 and it's just getting worse.

HEY, USA, HAVE YOU HAD ENOUGH YET?

9. Just out of curiosity...
Millions of U.S. tax dollars were given, after a fashion, to the Jewish settlers in Gaza. Each settler received several hundred thousand. Do you feel that this is right, and in light of the suffering in the South, do you think that the hurricane victims will be compensated as well?

15. No and no. But my opinion concerning Israel has never carried much weight
Edited on Mon Sep-05-05 02:34 PM by Talismom
with the mainstream political organizations in this country. There are a lot of non affiliated Jews like me who are never polled or counted as Jews. We are active in human rights and Israeli/Palestinian peace organizations, but few know about such efforts 'cause they're not written about much in the MSM. It's a pretty scary position to be in because we're called "self-hating Jews" by the same organizations that call any criticism by non-Jews "anti-semitism", and yet the non-Jewish progressive organizations often don't realize that we're here and working for justice in Israel.

Even before Katrina, I've been against the support by this govt. of many Israeli govt. policies. I think that many of them are contrary to the moral values that I, as a Jew, esteem. It's much like what I hear when Christians criticize the "unchristian" behavior of the religious right.

I think NO should get massive compensation and this administration should be brought down after this display of incompetance!

16. It took Hitler 5 years to set into motion the Nurenburg Racial Laws.
I have no idea how many people he killed before that, but Bush has killed 1000s in Afghanistan, over 100,000 in Iraq and now with either his ineptness or intent, 1,000s in the Gulf Coast.

11. 60 million dead in World Ward II as a direct result of Hitler's actions.
This includes not only the victims of the holocaust, but all deaths military and civilian as well as a result of war. Bush seems to be heading in that direction though. If we ever find out how many Afghanis, Iraqis and military have died in his wars and add all the Americans who died in 911 and now this disaster, it could really add up. Also, we don't know what else we are headed for if he is allowed to finish his term.
