1. Fitzgerald's Plame investigation is likely to end by October

when the grand jury term is up. I believe there will be indictments soon.

2. I checked this yesterday. There was supposed to be some info on 8/31.

The judge was told that releasing all those pics and videos would put our soldiers in more harm than they already are in Iraq & Afghanistan. The judge siad he sure didn't want to do that!. He reduced the number of pics that should be released (to 76 if I remember right) but said he was again going to review the situation and would have a final answer soon. He said he also didn't want to interfere with the public's right to know what their gov't was doing.

He didn't give a date certain this time, but said it would be soon.

That's all I've found so far.
