Corp of Engineer on radio "There is no coordination"
(from scanner transmission)

"There is no coordination. We wasted a whole day because of we were waiting on a phone call? We need to have a show of force to show the parishes that we are working for them, especially St Bernard Parish. Were you IN the room when that was said?"

"Sir, I walked in the room at the END of the meeting"

"I want everyone who WANTS to be working to be out there, not just sitting on their butts <?> back at the center. This is not just for morale."

Some minion in the corp of engineer just got chewed a new asshole by his commander. They didn't say what the phone call was about or why didn't happen.

GD with 8 million separate "Guess what I just heard on the scanner" posts.

Should the one from earlier today be brought back to life (has like 50 posts) or a new one started, what do ya think??
