O'Liely just trashed Kanye calling him a dopey little rapper
BOR and Gingrich just alienated the younger generation in a less than a minute flat. Do these guys realize they don't stand a chance in '06 and '08 so they just trash anyone who gets in the way of their neocon agenda?

22. Well...
Sorry If I'm wrong since he's statement was a few days ago and don't remember word by word what he said. The administration failed the black community by not getting the help they needed in a timely manner. I do believe that they made judgements because of the population being predominantly african americans but I do not believe it was INTENTIONAL like Kyane said (please don't attack me here for my statement). I do believe there was the "race" factor which hindered the decicions made but it it was intentional I would think this could be a criminal act. I do not think the fact that Saint O'Reilly made that statement about him could affect his career the way the Repubs affected Dixie Chicks.

26. Not going to attack
I'm not one of those people attack fellow DU'ers over their opinion. If I disagree with someone I try to be as civil as possible.

You comment was so short and I just wanted to know what you meant.:toast:

6. When the lights go on again, all over the world . . .
That used to be the first words of a hopeful song from WWII, but they apply now too. When the lights go on again, scum like O'Reilly and Hannity and Limbaugh won't be anywhere near a mike because no one will care to hear them anymore. They disgrace themselves and the country with their hateful rhetoric and hypocrisy. They'll be signing off for good soon enough.

13. Isn't Kanye well educated?
I bet BO doesn't know a thing about his background, his family or his life in general. Kanye's sincerity and articulate voice must have made BO shit his own shorts.

24. Bill O'Reilly is a complete ass
Kayne West knows more about life than Bill Reilly can dream of. His parent were in the front lines when it came to civil rights for black people back in the day. His father was a black panther and most of his music is socially conscience. Kanye isn't another shake your booty, all about the bling rapper. Most of his stuff is pretty deep and real.

Bill Reilly is a privilege jackass from the block. That man knows nothing about survival and fighting for your right to be treated equal. That is the problem with idiots like him. They have no clue how it is to be poor or to be considered a second class citizen because of the color of your skin. Bill Reilly and people like him live in a whole different realm than most Americans black or white. They are completely clueless with no compassion.

Kayne West nor his fans give a shit about what O'Reilly has to say. We don't hold O'Reilly to some high regard. You can tell that bothers O'Rielly because the idiot is always calling for people to boycott this or that. He is always going after rap music like his opinion is going to make people stop buying CD's, please. O'Reilly needs to give a rest and seek therapy for his over sized ego. Last I heard his ratings on both of his shows are low. I'm sure Kayne has more of a fan base than Bill will ever have. I'm also sure Kayne is thanking O'Reilly for giving him new material for his next CD.

30. Yes he is
He went to college(dropped out though) and his mother is a Doctor. I believe she is a college professor.

So basically, Kanye West isn't O'lielyy's stereotypical ghetto rapper. As an earlier post said, he just does not realize what he has done. Everyone go get the popcorn, because this is going to be something. Don't fu@# with Kanye!
