NOAA : possible trop storm formation over florida in 36 hours ->

the tropical analysis and forecast branch of NOAA has labeled south Florida as a possible formation zone for a tropical cyclone within the next 36 hours. a similar post to this was posted much earlier today but evidently the possibility has increased.

2. That's because they are two separate storms

Weather Underground is tracking TS Nate formerly TD 15. The area of potential development is over the Bahamas now and hasn't been named as a TD yet. Unfortunately, those of us in S FL are watching things carefully these days.

3. NATE is an existing storm, the NOAA is for a brand NEW ONE!
