Democratic comment on Katrina?
Usually Biden is everywhere on something like this.
I heard of a written statement from Hillary calling for a 911-type investigation.
I heard Kerry issued a press statement.
But not much from anyone else other than the Black Caucus and Jesse Jackson. No TV appearances from anyone else.
This has to be intentional. What's up? If this is a strategy of some kind, isn't it about time some of our big guns surface?

2. Oh dems are mad. But keeping silent makes Rove search endless |
|
and aimlessly for the scapegoat he can pin this all on.
The Dems are talking about Big Oil. They are not being silent..they just really cannot be bothered with Stem at this point. Clinton released a statement about big oil. Gore will make a speech on Global Warming on Tuesday. Who says there not busy. They are talking about the real issues. Talking to or about the WH is useless. This thing that happened to people in New Orleans. This is part of a stated process that Chimp has put in place for them. I mean - what would be the point of talking to him? Of discussing this? Stem has no idea what is going on. He is only given enough information to make the bad decisions that diminsh government. Do you think the list of candidates to lead FEMA was filled with debth and expertise? Do you think Bush got a committe of rescue experts together to find out who the most brilliant manager and planner was? Bush has nothing to do with it.
Dems have their eye on the ball. And getting things done on the ground is the most important thing. They have put people in place to make it happen.
Next - they talk about the real issues. And Big Oil is it.
