3. Keith is far too respected to be fired now... He's gone on plenty of rants

in the last year (and before). It's usually on people such as Rush Limbaugh though. He'll occasional rip on the administration though.

FR had a post at the time that their campaign to get him kicked off worked......that was the first time I heard of FR

it was just before the 2000 campaign really got going......I think they needed him off WLS (10pm - 1am); it's a very strong station .....he got lots of truckers and people from OK, KY, etc hearing him and calling in

that's why AAR needs to be on some mega radio stations: so the message will get out very far after the sun goes down

BTW, just before the 2002 election, Tulsa's 1170am (another mega station) ceased being KVOO (country-western for 60 years) and became KFAQ a hard right station affiliated with FOX news.......Savage, Beck, Ingraham, O'Reilly, etc
