How will the new Imminent Domain Laws Effect poor New Orleans?

i assume the poor will not be invited back to new orleans, and all new shiny upper crust homes will be built that the evacuees could never afford.

1. That's been my fear too.
I don't think they want to rebuild New Orleans, I think they want to totally revamp it. They seem to be really pushing the news that a lot of NO's citizens don't plan on returning. Very little news of those who will return.

2. The plan is to build casinos and high rise hotels there.
That is why bu$h was so slow with relief and why the people, survivors, living there were scattered all over the United States. The resent decision of the Supreme Court will be used to condemn the land.

3. Never thought that the liberals
on the SC would sell us down the road like this. Thanks Kennedy and Souter.
