"Precious Leader" sounds a bit like "Dear Leader," but it's not quite Dear Leader, and it's important to call Bush that.

"Dear Leader" is the official term of address for North Korea's dictator Kim Jong Il.

"Dear Leader," OTOH, is the official name a genuine communist dictatorship--North Korea--uses for its tyrant. Since Bush IS a tyrant, the name fits.
