What Should the Clintons Be Doing for Democrats
Lots of Dems are cynical, disgusted or puzzled by the Clintons. Particularly the pandering to the media and worse, to the Bushes. It's been suggested that they want the vote for Hilary in 2008. I am hoping someone on their staff will see your responses. So, Bill asnd Hil, if you reay, really want the next presidency and you don't want us true blue Dems to wander away completely from supporting you, this is a heads up.

O.K. Duers what should they start or stop doing?

1. Bill and Hill should continue to rely on their own political instincts
and avoid DU like the plague.

3. Hillary should be serving the people of NY
as she has been elected to do. Period.

And, Bill should be sticking up for and speaking out on behalf of his own Party, and not chumming around with the Bush family.

What's hard to understand about this?

I doubt he needs my advice.

7. Independents and moderates will adequately fill the void created by former
"supporters". But thanks for your loyalty in the past.:hi:

8. Go back to their more natural milieu in Arkansas.
Maybe run for mayor and vice-mayor of North Pigturd.

11. Hmmmm, we do have Possum Grape but I'm afraid no
Pigturd. Hillary never liked it here but Bill would do fine if he came back.

9. Hillary is the Senator for New York
last I checked that was quite a ways away from NO. She did call for a "katrina hearing". That's an appropriate thing for her to do.

Bill should do what he's doing - raising money from rich people to help those whose lives were ruined by Katrina.

It burns my ass how viciously DUers treat the Clintons.

10. I don't have a clue...
Obviously, most Americans were 'better-off' under Clinton's administration than Bush, Sr's.

But just as obviously, most Americans weren't better people after Clinton's administration or Bush, Jr would never stood a chance of being President.

ipso facto , Bush, Jr is the Clinton Administration's short-term legacy to most Americans.

12. Decide whether they want to be Democrats or Moderate Republicans
Triangulation doesn't work, when it means avoiding the key issues facing our society. And when it means trying to blur the lines between Democrats and Republicans.

I am all for bipartisanship and compromise when it's appropriate. But the GOP right wing has no interest in compromise. By attempting to compromise everything, while the GOP stands its ground, they make us the losers.
