Wanna Guess What A Sheet Of Plywood Will Cost Next Week |
|
Want to guess what PVC pipe will cost next week?
Want to guess what a washing machine will cost next month?
Want to guess what furniture will cost next spring?
At least many of the automobiles got out, so GM can continue on its road to bankrupcy, very little increased demand on that front and with fuel prices it might do you good to go short on GM.

1. Maybe that's why the Dow is skyrocketing this morning. |

Thousands of people lost everything, but the rich will make out like bandits, once again.

2. Plywood went way up after the Iraq invasion. |
|
The Army bought it all up to build our new bases in Iraq.

3. Depends on who's buying. I'm sure Halliburton will bill the |
|
government at least $300 (that's three hundred) per sheet.

4. We are just now ready to build |
|
our house after 10 years of waiting and planning. Our suppliers told us it would be OK until next spring. I am not so certain about that.
If we do not get it done I will have to live part time away from my husband because gas prices are so much. They are going to get all of us coming and going with all of this. Up north it will be home heating fuel and gas. Shit, we are in a real fucked up mess aren't we?

6. Oh and BTW, we're on the brink of a trade war with Canada.. |
|
Days before Katrina, we essentially informed Canada that we will not adhere to NAFTA rulings on softwood duties.
