Did Bush turn FEMA into a Neocon organization? |
|
I was watching Night-line last night and the local officials in small Mississippi towns were getting into arguments with FEMA over the phone and were being told basically that they would have to clean up much of the mess them selves as though it wasn't the governments responsibility to do everything for them. That seemed to be the attitude.
What's going on here?

and that was why they ran the response last week like a military operation rather then a rescue effort.
It was Bush's goal to turn New Orleans into Baghdad.

4. Pass the buck and cash the paycheck... |

I thought it was us Democrats who made government into bloated do-nothing bureaucracies?
Then again, that charge always so full of it no wonder it was always falling out of an elephantine ass.
