only three deaths, yet I hear people saying that it isn't possible to evacuate 100% of the people in the Gulf States facing a Cat 5 storm with 72 hours prior notice? I've heard callers this morning on Jerry Springer saying that exact same thing? I say given the example of the Chinese Gov, this is a HUGH111 cop out by people not willing to admit that their/our Gov. failed in getting their citizens out of harm's way! So I say to these callers, that you need to realize, given your rationale, that you are on your own now!
