blaming it on the sins of the population living there?

praising chimp and his friends for the bang up job they did in helping?

claiming its the fault of liberal, activist judges and using it as a rallying cry for the swift appointment of roberts?

Pretty much blaming the liberal media for spreading all this BS about it being Bush's fault. Pretty much blaming the local officials. And of course, bashing poor blacks in the process - calling them all criminals, and welfare folks not worth saving anyway.
