Pelosi: "Well, the buck stops at the President's desk. The President said he's going to lead the investigation of what went wrong. He need look only in the mirror for starters. He appointed a person to lead FEMA who had absolutely no credentials to run the emergency management agency. And that is the link between the Fed Gov't and those in need during times of emergency. But we will see where all the other weak links are as well."
