Bush cannot be tried by a jury of his peers.
His peers, Pol Pot, Adolf Hitler, Josef Stalin, Idi Amin and Benito Mussolini are dead.

And Kim Jung Il is biased against him, and so would be dropped in the jury selection process.

11. 'peers' only means 'adults' according to the courts
Something I've never agreed with. If I am on trial, my 'peers' are PEOPLE WHO KNOW ME. Not strangers who happen to be adults.
