The missing 9 billion

8. Related to this is Bush wanting to Roberts in as CJ

for the Supremes... He wants to control the judge that might oversee any impeachment trial for the above issues. Note how QUICKLY he nominated Roberts as CJ after Rehnquist died compared to how fast he reacts to other "arguably" more important issues.

The Supremes potentially getting Sibel's case in October when they might still have Stevens heading an 8 justice court would be a pretty important event to look at. If we can get the states secret act thrown out, a lot of stuff here could go wild with new information coming out.
