about DIMINISHING people's suffering by using language like "blame" and "game." it's not blaming, and it most definitely is not a "game."

I blame Bush for cutting funds to FEMA and NOLA flood control projects.

I've read that instead of using local, Louisiana school buses and transit buses, that out of state bus charter companies from as far away as OH and NC were contracted by FEMA to evacuate the Superdome and the Convention Center. That process took DAYS to accomplish.

There's your explanation for the delays. Outsourcing. It's killed jobs and now it's literally killing people !

Remember, with this administration, Outsourcing is a 'good thing'.
