6. Eff Lou Dobbs on this -- CNN has not done a bad job.
Jeanne Meserve at first (someone posted that she had to leave and deal with herself -- haven't seen her in days), and then Anderson Cooper, and the conservative Jack Cafferty who weighed in at a crucial time and is still going strong today. Christiane Amanpour and Nic Robertson from CNN International are good when we see them (they're probably on camera constantly, reporting for the rest of the world).

We've cheered Dobbs at times in the past, but I'm wondering if his response here, and his endless reporting on immigration, means he's just a simple racist.

9. I concluded long ago

that persons of color are not Dobbs favorite people. He was terrible disrespectful to a Palestinian representative who was on his show. He constantly goes after Hispanics and now he is determined to place blame on the mayor of NO. He was just awful yesterday and I decided that I would not watch him again.

8. truly, i think we live in an evil society
CNNT and fox 'in the henhouse' news are drops in the bucket of ignorance....today, listening to talk radio, the subject being barb bush's insane comments about the poor, the callers all (mind you it is ratwing radio) were supportive of the hosts who said bush was just a bit of a snob, no racism involved etc (the anger was at those who 'turn every comment into a racial one and try to force society to fund more welfare' etc

i hate these pigs so much, maybe letting the worst happen is the best thing....bush's criminality will ruin his supporter's futures along with the innocents': maybe it's a price worth paying(?)
