The M$M should be ashamed of themselves
Throughout the storm, they put Roves spin on the news. They spread disinformation and even worse, they spread information that they knew wasn't true. By participating in the military & propaganda of the Fed response to the disaster, the M$M actions caused 1000's of people to lose their lives.

When the day of judgment comes, the M$M should be put in the same cell has Bush and his gang of thugs.

1. I'm not sure what you are talking about.
I think the news coverage has been excellent. Yes, Rove get a spin in now and then, but for the most part, the coverage has been devastating to Bush. IMHO

5. I'm talking about the more subtle stuff.
Don't get me wrong, the people on the ground covering the story have been very good.

What I'm referring to is the stuff like leading every story last week with reports of looting. They did their best it seemed to make New Orleans sound like everyone was a looter and there was even one reference in the Army Times calling the victims, insurgents.

It is the lies about Nagin and Blanco. That they never asked for help. Even whent the public record proves that they beg and were promised help numerous times.

This sort of thing.

3. Maybe some places, but I've been shocked at how good some of
it has been.

I don't have TV, but CNN.com has been really on top of things, compared to how it usually is.

6. Anyone who supports these murderous traitors at this point...
does not belong in my country. They are not welcome, IMO. They are not americans acting on American values and principles. They are not fit to live in a free society. They are traitors. Period.

peace.

7. I've seen some of the best coverage of my lifetime this week
There are always knuckleheads spinning trash, but on the other hand, the improvements have been stunning.

And all without Brokaw, Rathers or Jennings (who I missed, at times)
