Oprah: "If people lived here for SIX DAYS - why can't I go in?"

I know there are already at least two Oprah threads going on, but I thought this was one of the most important things she said the whole hour.

When the mayor and NG were hesitant about letting her into the Superdome, she got angry and said (close paraphrase):

"If thousands of people lived in here for SIX days, what's the big deal about me just looking in there?"

True. Seems like our 'leaders' thought IT WAS GOOD ENOUGH FOR THEM.

Big praises to Oprah for being fearless is getting the truth to the people.
