When will negative ads in the Presidential primaries start?

| When will negative ads in the Presidential primaries start? |

Which candidate will be the first to pull the trigger on a negative ad? My guess is that it will be either Dick Gephardt or John Kerry.
The target will either be Wesley Clark or Howard Dean.
Any thoughts?
