9. The only way I have ever known to stop a company in

its tracks is to send in auditors, you know to look at their accounting? You have to find a reason for it like suspected stealing, cheating, racketeering, not paying taxes. Someone has to file a complaint. I would suggest state auditors because the feds are in Cheney's hip pocket.

I don't know. It 's just a suggestion. Auditors that are allowed to do their job can pretty much uncover anything.

I don't want to be a nay-sayer, but it seems that if Waxman can't get an audit with teeth in it, it will be very difficult for anyone else to. A movement with teeth in it would be required. Maybe such a movement's time is drawing near?

Maybe an internationally sponsored audit since Halliburton is not incorporated in the USA from what I have read, which makes me wonder why they haven't been prevented from doing business here in the first place. It was always my understanding that companies that wanted to do business outside of their home state had to incorporate in each state that they had offices and business. I could be wrong though. Maybe laws have changed and loopholes have been created. I will have to look it up.
