I've seen similar reports in other DU posts.

I do not understand under what legal authority these innocents can be detained or even isolated. They and we have Constitutional rights of free association, travel, etc.

If it's not legal authority, if it's just the policy of this admin. to deprive victims of their rights as a condition to assistance, well, we need at least to have a thorough discussion about that.

For the last 10 years neocons in our countries health care and public health have been "controlling" Lyme advocates by threatening to charge them with Munchhuasen by Proxy for seeking treatment (effective since 1993) for their desperately ill children which merely interfered in their profit taking. They started lying in 1993 and then had to lie more and more and more.

That was before the Patriot act. My cousin had her children taken from her to try to get her to force her husband to work as an informant for Homeland Security, he got sent to prison without charges (born in Yemin) and after three different judges told the Justice Department they had no cause to hold him the new laws have kept him in prison for three years.

The more trouble individauls cause the worse it will be. Single people can stand up to them better than those caring for children and the elderly. That is why they took the men away first. This has all been thought out. They just used Katrina for their power and wealth grab. Help has to come from the outside (a lot of us) or from the group as a whole. That is also why they really really hate class action suits an tried to abolish them. Really, really evil people at work here.
