People were DROPPING DEAD DURING THESE PEP RALLIES! Waiting DAYS for water. He couldn't have gotten on the phone and said "get water to those people NOW!" Or he does it and nothing happens or what.

They're acting like, oh it's not OUR job...just because an entire city goes down in blood and flames, they expect us to bail them out?

WHAT IS THE HOMELAND SECURITY MONEY GOING TO ANYHOW. How is it possible after all these billions of dollars they don't even have a website set up at FEMA to registrer separated families?
