3. Posee Comitatus (sp?) act forbids military from acting against citizens.
New Orleans is for the people of New Orleans. The feds, developers, repubs, miltary contractors and Bu$h should keep their hands of NOLA.

The military said the mayor will have to evacuate them which presumably means the police will have to do....

Those poor folks need to be told the New Orleans they knew no longer exists...
