According to the RW'ers definition of 'Judicial Activism', the following things are the result of Judicial Activism.
Desegregation - (Brown V. Topeka Board of Education)
Interracial Marriage - (Loving V. Virginia)
Plus, there are many other things. You can just tell that the RW'ers are biting their tongues to prevent themselves from saying that the ruling that caused Bob Jones U. to lose it's tax exemption because of it's ban on Interracial relationships was because of 'Judicial Tyranny'.
Don't fall for the lie. Fight the RW 'revolution' (AKA Civil Rights Rollback)!
