Nancy Pelosi: Bush doesn't think anything went wrong last week
Edited on Wed Sep-07-05 12:25 PM by tgnyc
CNN showed Pelosi saying: I told Bush that Brown should be fired for all that went wrong last week. Bush responded, "what went wrong last week?"

She called him "oblivious" and "dangerous."

1. Just step back and think about this - the length of the leader of
our country's vacation is being proposed (rightfully) in terms of the response time for Katrina. THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE LOST THEIR LIVES IN THE STORM. We are not discussing whether the length of the vacation impacted passage of legislation, a photo op (though we can go on for hours about THAT), etc - we are talking about loss of life. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO OUR COUNTRY - OUR DECENCY - ARE PEOPLE IN GOV'T ENGAGING THEIR BRAINS ANYMORE????

DOESN'T THIS SEEM LUDICROUS TO PEOPLE? WHAT AM I MISSING???

2. Clueless, brainless,
and NO accountability whatsoever.

"I'm not responsible," is his mantra.

6. Shouldn't we impeach Presidents who are "oblivious" and "dangerous" if
they don't agree to resign? Shouldn't we refuse to let them appoint two (or three) Justices to the Supreme Court? If Pelosi really said this, how can the Democrats sit back and let this "man" take our country further down the road to ruin?

11. Yeah, truly if he said that
We're in serious trouble.

I expected them to do their 'local failure' spin, and the 'blame the poor' spin, and the 'it's all Clinton's fault' spin...

but if Bush really responded to Pelosi with "What went wrong last week?" then it's evidence that he really is totally out of the loop.

None of this "he's an evil genius" crap. He really is dumb, and living in a bubble.

9. I think the early, heavy drug use is catching up with the man's braincells
Good lord. The President of the United States.

Are we gonna have three and a half more years of medically-addled "leadership," a la Ronald "I don't remember" Reagan?

Scary!
