Forget Arnold, Rush, and yes, even Traitorgate. What Clark said and did today is what we have dreamed of. "Nothing could be a more serious violation of public trust than to consciously make a war based on false claims," he told a conference of military reporters and editors. "Its handling of intelligence and its retaliation against its critics may have been criminal." "We need to know if we face an intelligence gap ... because the system has been twisted to suit the prejudices of the policy makers," Clark said. I must ask: Is it more important for your candidate to be in the white house than seeing the neocon coup held criminally accountable for their war crimes? If your answer is yes, that means it is worth the trade off to see Bush and Cheney not held accountable for their monstrous crimes, as long as your candidate is president. "Oh, it won't happen, anyway." WHAT? Did you not hear what Clark is is saying and calling for??? It won't happen IF we do not unite behind Clark to give him the momentum NOW. It has been handed to us. If we do not do everything in our power to see this to it's end, then we are providing them their cover. And they will retire with full priveleges and coverups, lecture circuits, et al. Unless Clark gets the the big push and is driven on by an outpouring of support at this juncture. Forget the rest of the week...what we have waited for just happened today. THIS is it. It is up to us to unite. Dean won't call for this, nor Kerry. Clark DID. What more is needed?? Between the lines, Clark has in effect said, "There may be war criminals in the white house, and I will see to it they are held accountable and tried if I become president." This is IT. Hey, are your qualms with Clark more intense than your desire to see Bush 's crimes exposed and possibly punished?? Think about it. Unite for Clark, and we unite for doing all in our power to see to it that Bush is investigated as a war criminal. It is being handed to us...IF we give Clark the momentum needed to see this to its end.
