Everyone needs to realize that if this had been an uber-successful mission in New Orleans, Bush and his merry band of thieves would be breaking their arms patting each other on the back and taking all of the credit.
Of course it wouldn't have been the victory of the locals, after all, BUSH is the one who declared an emergency BEFORE the emergency.
Anyone who thinks this isn't true just needs to remember that one of the platforms they ran under is that they could keep us safe and Kerry couldn't.
Chicken has come to roost...we aren't safe. They lied. More broken promises and campaign rhetoric.
They need to step up and take responsibility and not allow yet ANOTHER thing to divide this country.

Hurricane season is still here. Is anybody thinking about what to do if we get hit again? There is that distinct possibility. Accountability means having a plan for the future not just showing lack of preparedness.
