THE ONLY Possible response to the "superdome" meme

Today, at my office some jack-off was holding forth on the "look at the condition they left the superdome in!"

my meek and mild colleague who seldom says much in these discussions looked up at him and said: "look at the condition it left THEM in"

and she walked away. The jackals then slunk (sp?) away to their offices. That ended open discussion for the day.

4. I'm so sick of hearing people whine

about anything those poor people may have done in their desperation! Good God people! Walk a mile, or swim/float for 7+ days, in their shoes THEN open your pie hole only if something intelligent can drool out. I wish life had an ignore button.

With any luck at all, none of us will ever have anything close to the experience these poor people have endured. Be thankful, and keep your damn pie-hole shut if you even have an inkling of a thought that you might have something derogatory to say about them. No one knows what it's like to be them.
