Any thoughts on Max Cleland possible running again?
Edited on Sat Oct-04-03 12:17 AM by TakebackAmerica
I heard dKos that Cleland might run for Zell Miller's seat. That would be intresting considering Andy Young not running. :argh: :argh:
Cleland/Chambliss rematch in 08 would probably be on of the most vicious campaign in recent memory. That 2002 campaign was poisnous.Even for politics that was a nasty campaign.

2. Cleland Won Last Time!
However, Cleland is a war hero and Republicans prefer a deserter!

Bush went AWOL, became a deserter! What if our troops were to do as Bush did?! www.awolbush.com

3. how about john lewis ?
i wanted cleland to run and maybe still do but i think he is helping kerry on his campaign. he could maybe do both, but you know how tough the georgia elections are for democrats ? what do you think about john lewis ? i know he would be considered too liberal, but the man is just great. even john mccain says john lewis is a hero of his.

5. Oh PLEASE! I can't believe he woudn't win big
The decent people of GA must realize Max got screwed by a slander attack. I'd love to hear from some GA folks, but on the face of it, it would seem he'd run strong.
