My Interpretation of the Constitution
I've just come up with my own interpretation of the Constitution.

In it...

The Senate is actually the most powerful law making body in America. So, I don't know where the MSM gets off when they call George W. Bush the most powerful man in the world and Kinda-Lies-A-Lot the most powerful woman in the world.

'Judicial Activism' is acceptable. When the other two branches are lagging or do not want to advance Civil Rights, it should be more than fair for the Judiciary to take the lead and do something about it. (Brown v. Board of Education, Loving v. Virginia, and Roe v. Wade are all good examples of this acceptable 'Judicial Activism')

The President may not represent you as much as RW'ers want you to think. Notice, the President is not directly elected by the People, he is elected mostly by the Representatives (and the Senators get to vote too, but it is because of the Representatives that a President gets elected). It is also the House that must charge the President with Impeachment. So really, if the President represents anyone, it is the House.

The President also serves as "In case of Emergency, break glass...". For example, the Executive Branch helps in the Senatorial process if there is a tie vote.

Here is who represents YOU, the average American, in from who represents you the most to the least.

1. Your Representative
2. Your Senator
3. The President

And if you feel as though you aren't being represented, then that is what the Judiciary is for.
