Observation: Left alone Repugs won't talk about CIA leak

Besides my political obsession I'm also a big Ravens fan. The Ravens forum I frequent has an off topic board that has evolved into a political messageboard. I've mixed it up with them before, but it's heavily rightwing and the moderator will always correct me if I respond to the personal insults he allows those on the right to throw around. The moderator actually works for a country music station and was all for banning the Dixie Chicks.

I still drop by now and then to poke them with a stick, but I've told the moderator if he wants a Republican board I won't push the issue. So I intentionally stay silent even though I lurk constantly.

What I found is although this is a busy board that gets lots of posts every day, there has been no mention at all about the CIA leak. Eventhough they have talked about everything from Rush to Arnold not a word has been mentioned about this CIA leak between these Republicans. It's the classic whistling past the grave yard.

1. Right Wing Mantra

I know exactly what you're talking about. Here, in Dallas, we have a slew of right wing "talk" shows...and, they all sound the same. It's almost as if they recieve marching orders. The CIA leak is dismissed as some "Left Wing Media plot"; and, anyone that dare call in that question the right wing version of events is dismissed as uninformed, Bush hater and/or part of the Liberal Hate Bush clique.

2. You will soon realize that most of the Internet Boards are

really 'controlled' by the RW and frequented by dittoheads. They go along with most outrageous posting until it begins to really enlighten people and then WHAM!!!!! you are either accused of being unpatriotic, anti-Semitic, low-life liberal, Clinton-lover, anit-family or you will get the silent treatment. One thing I have noticed about Republicans and RWingers in general, they cannot admit when they are wrong and they are relentless and even brutal in furthering their spin.
