The LA. state Homeland security guy will be on Nightline tonight.
He's the one being blamed on a state level for allegedly not letting the Redcross into NO to deliver food and water. I imagine Ted will ask him about this and I'm hoping he will dispel this whole story.

NO homeland security guy.
