But here's the kicker. About 1:20 into the video, w explains:

I want the folks there on the Gulf Coast to know that the federal government is prepared to help you when the storm passes.

And that was the plan: let the storm kill as many as possible before even pretending to help.

It's an open-and-shut confession of mass murder!
