asking for welfare. Why didn't this person heed the warnings of AAA and take out a membership. She could have called a tow truck. If she had only taken the initiative to pull herself up by her bootstraps and stop depending on hardworking people to interrupt their quest for profit just be cause she had a spot of difficulty.
