What do you think is the WORST thing that Bush has done (as POTUS)?
Edited on Fri Sep-09-05 05:31 AM by BullGooseLoony
Things are really piling up, although asking this question now might be jumping the gun a bit considering that we still have over three years left in his term. Unless we can get him to resign or take back Congress in '06.

But I digress. What's the worst thing that he's done so far? And you can define the question in your own terms- morally, practically, whatever.

1. Um.
He was born for starters. The bush's put way too much bleach in their gene pool. They came out with an inbred chump, a chumpy chimp, and a no voice lump.

29. It started the day he took the oath of office
and has gone downhill from then. Each major move has had dire consequences for someone.

6. I think I have to go with that too.
I think Iraq is still at the top. Allowing 9/11 and Katrina are pretty serious, though, too.

And, of course, the list continues.

44. When he went to court to stop the intent of the voters
from being discerned, I believe was an ultimate disgrace for him personally as a true leader. This should have exposed him nationally for what he is, petty, shallow, lacking integrity and weak, however the corpwhorate owned MSM obfuscated the situation as opposed to actually shedding light and covered him with fig leaves to camouflage him from the American People. The Pottersville that we have been living in up to this day and all the assorted tragedies that have occurred are a direct result of this treason.

- lie about military service
- run a cocain smuggling ring
- 9/11 coverup (destroyed all evidence of the buildings)
- Iraq - just like dad, loves killing civilians
- loves to lie and make shit up

oh and here is a fact, not once since being in office has he made good on any of his election promises, not a single one. 2000 or 2004.

30. An executive order he signed in 8/2001 was it
Before 8/2001, NORAD was allowed to scramble fighters to respond to any airplane leaving its filed flight plan. This is why Payne Stewart's plane was trailed until it ran out of fuel and crashed.

Bush required NORAD to gain presidential approval before it scrambled fighters.

Without this presidential order, NORAD would have gone up and shot down the four airplanes, Bush's approval rating would have been about twelve percent in November 2001, and Triumph the Insult Comic Dog, Mickey Mouse or Catkiller's last autopsy victim would have been president in March 2002.

Without this executive order, we'd still have the WTC because the hijackers would never have made it that far, and we wouldn't have Bush because he's a shitty president and even the Republicans know it.

33. So many screw-ups
They are hard to rank. 9/11 was terrible and his war on the world is bad, but none of them would have happened in all likelyhood if the silent coup had not pulled off.
Illegal presidents do bad things. Nuclear Test Ban Treaty dropout along with Non-Proliferation and Global Warming. Also was fast to distance himself from the I/P situation which spiralled out of control.
I was talking to a National Guard Sargent the other night who is loading C-130's with supplies for NO. Wise Ass Demonfighter mentioned that dubby and FEMA were such screwups and he said that doesn't matter, they do what the president says. I said that I also served my 3 years and I understand the concept of chain of command, but also reminded him that you do not need to follow or support an illegal pres..
Dubby does not belong where he is and everything else flows from that.
