mentioned in his pre-Katrina declaration of emergency reminds me of the map Lex Luthor had in Superman I showing his "development" plan for new shore property in the desert after he knocked California into the ocean with his earthquake.



With the leakage of the plan to keep the poor from returning to New Orleans and the goal of turning the Gulf coast into a repuke resort, the current reality is looking more like fiction than anything those libruls in Hollywood could ever come up with.
