16. No, but now he gets a paycheck and doesn't actually have to work
...or even appear to work, as he had been trying to do (unsuccessfully) before.

7. Failing upwards
That's the Bush way. They used to call this the Peter Principle, rising to your level of incompetence. But these guys start out incompetent and somehow they keep rising.

15. That means he got the corner office with nothing to do.
They probably had to baby proof the electrical outlets too in case he might stick his fingers in them.

13. I knew it was too good to be true
firing Brown for having a bogus resume--that passed clearance btw--and admitting he failed in NO is another Bush failure.
We had to be nuts to think Bush would admit to ANY failure.

21. EXACTLY! That is what I thought. He's still the FEMA head perhaps
with additional responsibilities and the guy replacing him works for him now.

23. If he can't run the operation on the ground
What makes them think he can handle the big picture stuff?

Moreover, if he continues on as head of FEMA, are any of us safe when the next disaster hits?

Bizarre and irrational move, Bushie.

Everyone else: KEEP PUSHING!!! Call your Congresspeople - get Brown out. Lives depend on it!!!
